Well the sun is out its 16 deg in the shade bring on the summer

On my walk home from work this song came on the sun was out and it made me smile so I thought I would share it with you lovely people. It has nothing to do with sun but I think it a happy song and it put a spring in my step and a smile on my face hope it does the same for you 

Axis of Awesome

Ok I was pointed to this by my bro so I kind of stealing it and putting it on my blog that what he gets for facebooking it rather than blogging it

I think this is really cleaver and it made me smile at 6:45 am on a sat when I got up for work so I thought it worth showing anyone who looks here enjoy and smile along and see how many you recognise 

 

Burger Rush

To have a break from my Bejeweld 3 grind (more on that another time) I thought I would give another casual game a go so I have been playing burger rush this is a tetras meats diner dash type of game. You match different ingredients in chins of 3 or more to collect everything u need to make the burgers the customers want

So breakdown time

Sound = admittedly I have not listed to the sound much as I play with the TV on (the only way in my opinion) but the music has been ripped strait from a life or on hold soundtrack so if u don’t mind the same chilled out jas tune over and over then u will like it. When u complete a burger the costume says thank u or awesome it nice that the French customs answer In French exacter.

Visual = it a bright colourful game nothing much to say other than that as it a 2d puzzle game so can’t go far wrong

Game play = the controls are all done with the mouse as u would expect ant this is pretty fluid with things going where u want them to shame they don’t let u click something till everything has stopped moving when u close on time this can drive u crazy.

Value for money = at only a few ££ to download games have to try hard to be very bad value for money but I do find it a shame with a game like this when the game is over when it is over and that’s exactly what this dose there no replaying a level to get 100% or no going back to play a level to beat the score now you have levelled up your equipment. You win and the game go’s congrats then just restarts. This might not have been so bad but the game itself did not take to long I did not run out of time once (which might just show I play to many of these games)

Roundup = this game was a bit of fun but there are other games out there similar which might be better value with a re play though and when I find it I will let u know

Black ops 1st strike

As I am really enjoying black ops I thought I would give the new maps a go.

And 1^st of here some advice YOU DONT NEED TO DOWNLOAD ALL THE FILES!!

There are 6 files when u bye the game and as I knew no better I downloaded them all!! This took ages which was driving me crazy as I really wanted to give the game a go only to find out there for different “versions of the game” u only need the one that corresponds to the code on the side of the box of the game for eg mine is bles01031 this will save u well over an hour of download and many many MB of download allowance if you are not on unlimited!!!

So game installed and maps tried!!!

I really enjoying the new maps there a good mix up of hide and sneak type maps and full on killing fields my two favourites are the stadium and the one up on the roofs.

The only real niggle I have with the map pack is that there is an option to just play the new map pack rather than all the maps but when you do you only have a few game modes and at the moment I really enjoying HQ and that is not one of the options!!

At least the new maps are mixed in with the old maps in HQ when playing full selection so this is not to bad

The only other point I want to make here is last time I bought ps3 credit they sold it in £20 now they say I have to spend £25 don’t think that’s fair but at least that means I have some left over credit for my next download!!!

Flash mob

Whilst looking up videos for my article about adverts I kept bumping into videos of flash mobs.

This made me think that it amazing how something that did not exist until 2003 and making it into the oxford dictionary in 2004 "unusual and pointless act" is now almost common place with them popping up here there and everywhere!!!

So I decided to put a few of my favourite up here for you guys to have a look at
